These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website www.arniastudio.com.

The acquisition of any of the products entails full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to purchase any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and ARNÍA STUDIO will be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.

If you need to modify a purchased product and/or change the delivery address , it is essential to generate this request in your customer area, in the "My Orders" section.

3. Products

The products offered, along with their main characteristics and price, appear on the screen.
ARNÍA STUDIO reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. Thus, ARNÍA STUDIO may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, ARNÍA STUDIO reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.

All of this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of any of the products can only be done through the subscription or registration of the USER, with ARNÍA STUDIO granting the interested party a User name and a password, which will personally identify and enable them to have access to the products.

Once inside www.arniastudio.com , and to access the contracting of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchasing process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and specific conditions established in www.arniastudio.com .

OBSERVATIONS
The offers presented by ARNÍA STUDIO are valid within the limits of available stocks. ARNÍA STUDIO reserves the right to modify the range of its products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The purchased product may be subject to non-substantial modifications to the components, characteristics or features of the lot that it is made of, depending on the manufacturer's availability, provided that this does not imply a detriment to the advertised quality and features. Likewise, this information may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, which may be changed, corrected or deleted at any time. FOCARIS STUDIO may make changes or modifications to the products at any time. THE PUBLISHED IMAGES ARE MERELY ILLUSTRATIVE.

WARNING
In any case, the user must ensure that the item is suitable for the intended use before purchasing it from those on the market.
The user is responsible for following and respecting the safety instructions and recommendations mentioned below.
At ARNÍA STUDIO we recommend fixing and/or securing the furniture to avoid possible damage, as serious or fatal injuries may occur if a piece of furniture tips over. To prevent it from tipping over, it must be permanently fixed to the wall with the necessary fixing devices and hardware according to the type of wall.
Even after assembly, certain precautions must be taken:
- Do not place a television or any other heavy object on top of a dresser or other furniture not designed for that purpose.
- Place heavy objects in the bottom drawers.
- Do not allow children to climb or hang on drawers, doors or shelves.
- Check the stability of the furniture.
- Do not allow children to climb on furniture and open more than one drawer at a time.
- Install devices that secure the furniture to the wall. Do the same with the appliances that you place on it.
ARNÍA STUDIO is not responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused by not following the recommendations mentioned above.


Regarding hammocks, sun loungers and similar items, to ensure their stability, ARNÍA STUDIO recommends that you tighten the screws at least once a year.
Before each use, make sure that the assembly is correct, that the screws are properly tightened and that the item is in perfect condition for optimal use and to avoid possible damage from falls or finger entrapment.

4. Availability and Substitutions

PRODUCTS

ARNÍA STUDIO aims to ensure the availability of all products advertised on www.arniastudio.com . However, in the event that any requested product is not available or is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 24/48 hours of placing the order. If the product is not in stock at the time of placing the order, the user will have the option of RESERVING said product, so that it is provided as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, ARNÍA STUDIO may supply a product with similar characteristics without increasing the price, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right to withdraw and terminate the contract.

In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the customer rejects the replacement products, the previously paid refund will be made within 15 calendar days.

5. Purchase and/or Cancellation Process

To make any purchase at www.arniastudio.com , the customer must be of legal age.
In addition, the client will need to register at www.arniastudio.com using a data collection form in which the necessary information for the contract is provided to ARNÍA STUDIO ; data that in any case will be true, accurate and complete regarding the client's identity and which the client must expressly consent to by accepting ARNÍA STUDIO 's privacy policy.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that the process has been successfully completed. In any case, ARNÍA STUDIO reserves the right to review each order placed online to correct possible errors, despite having received the corresponding confirmation email.

It is also recommended that the customer print and/or save a copy on a durable medium of the conditions of sale when placing their order, as well as the receipt of receipt sent by ARNÍA STUDIO by email.

To cancel an order, you must request the cancellation by accessing your customer area* , in order to give it the highest priority and thus be able to cancel the shipping process. Only then can the shipment be blocked.

IMPORTANT: Cancellation requests made by email, internal message, etc. will not be considered.

BILLING

The customer agrees that the invoice may be sent to him/her in electronic format. The invoice will be available in the "MY ORDERS" section of his/her user account within approximately one week after receipt of the order.

6. Delivery

PRODUCTS

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting, according to the chosen method.

The delivery area includes the following zones: Spain and Portugal (excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands).

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

1. Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order:

Orders will be delivered to the customer by courier or parcel company SEUR or other companies that carry out palletised shipments. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the latter signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt note (if this is not the case, no claim for transport breakage will be accepted).

At the time of delivery:

As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to him. It is therefore important to:

- Do not sign the delivery note until you have checked the condition of the packages and, if possible, the condition of the merchandise.
- Don't give in to pressure from delivery drivers, take the time to examine your merchandise.

If, upon inspection of the goods, it is found that they do not conform to the order or that they have been damaged during transport, you have the option of rejecting the goods by stating your explicit reservations on the delivery note (a mandatory condition for making any claim for breakage or damage during transport).


The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 days (except weekends) from dispatch (provided that all products in the order are in stock) except for palletized orders (bulky orders), in which delivery can take place in 7 to 14 business days.

IMPORTANT : The standard door-to-door service does not include delivery to the home, which must be borne by the customer. Assembly is also not included.

7. Prices, Expenses and Taxes

The prices of the products listed on www.arniastudio.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same and whatever the destination of the order.

PRODUCTS

The final prices of all products (and where applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, when required) along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the catalogue of www.arniastudio.com .
• Products include VAT.
• The VAT rate is 21%, except for those companies that are registered in the Inter-Community Operations Registry.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be borne by the end customer, in the case of individuals.
• Other additional costs: Return costs: depending on the type of return, the collection costs will be borne by the customer. If the cancellation of the order is communicated prior to its shipment, the customer will be exempt from any costs.

Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer during the electronic purchasing process before he or she formalizes his or her acceptance.

8. Payment Methods

We offer you the following payment methods:

a. By credit or debit card

You can make the payment immediately through our Bank's secure SSL payment gateway. If it were necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999 and its Development Regulations with total confidentiality.

ARNÍA STUDIO accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. The bank that issues the card must be located in Spain. When placing an order, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly in the 4B Gateway during the purchasing process. ARNÍA STUDIO does not store information regarding credit cards. For internal reasons of the Organization, the collection process is carried out through Banco Santander, without this having any impact on the customer.

b. By bank transfer

By cash deposit or bank transfer to ANIVARRODIAZ SL , to the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. The customer's name and order number must be indicated at the time of making the transfer.

Orders not paid within 7 days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.

c. PayPal

Payment for the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do so, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.


9. Returns and Withdrawal Policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract during a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).

10. Applicable legislation

The parties agree, at their discretion, to resolve any conflicts and waive any other jurisdiction, and to submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. The language used will be Spanish.
